Proof
We were the first customer, and we had no fallback.
Rinforza was built inside a seven-showroom furniture retailer that could not buy what it needed. Every number on this page came out of that business, not out of a pilot, a projection or somebody else's case study.
Figures: Furniture Fair - August to September 2026
Before
A platform doing its job perfectly, on 0.1% of the business.
We were paying for a well-built marketing platform. It sent what we asked it to send, when we asked. Nothing about it was broken.
It just could not see the business. It knew the few hundred people who had bought on the website and had never heard of the tens of thousands who bought in a showroom — which is where almost all of the revenue actually happens.
Every segment we built, every campaign we sent and every report we read was drawn from a sliver of our customers. We were optimizing the visible corner of the business and flying blind across the rest of it.
We were paying a marketing platform to reach a fraction of our customers, and we could not tell you what any of it earned.
That is not a criticism of the platform. It is what happens when software built for online stores is pointed at a business that sells in person.
So we built the thing that could read the register too, ran the company on it, and canceled the subscription.
After
What changed, with the numbers attached.
These are the figures we would want to see if somebody were selling this to us. They are specific because they are real, and checkable because they are ours.
The company has run on Rinforza with no fallback since July 2026 — every campaign, every automation, every report.
Over 53,000 customer profiles resolved from more than 85,000 purchases, matching point-of-sale records against the online store so one person is one customer. We round these deliberately: they move every time identities merge or an order lands.
$16.9M of in-store revenue over the last twelve months, net of returns, became visible, segmentable and measurable for the first time. Against $10,599 of web orders in the same period. A further $92,034 came through the website, but those are customers paying an in-store financing account online, not web sales — counting them as sales was the mistake this platform exists to stop making. True web revenue is under a tenth of one percent of the business.
The previous platform was canceled. We are not running both, and there was no overlap period to hide behind.
First upload of in-store sales to Meta covered a single week: $228,479 across 166 purchases. Before that, no advertising we ran could be tied to a dollar taken at a register.
Automated flows now run daily against the entire customer list, showroom buyers included, not only the people who ever typed an email address into the website.
Segments in production, not demo data: lapsed in-store buyers, mattress replacement cycle, appliance buyers, in-store-only-and-emailable, and high-value VIPs.
The other side of it
What we would tell you on a call anyway.
Every platform demo shows the parts that work. The difference between a good vendor and a bad one is whether the caveats arrive before the contract or after it.
So here are ours, in public, on the page where we are asking you to believe our numbers.
Known limits
Text messaging is live and sending in production.
It sat in this list as a limit until we had sent it ourselves. What is still true: carrier registration for a new business number takes several weeks, so texting is the last channel a new customer switches on.
Ad audiences are exported, not synced.
A segment is hashed and uploaded to Meta or Google. It is a deliberate action somebody takes, not a live connection, and we will not describe it as automatic.
Loyalty codes need setup work.
Points and tiers work on day one. Wiring reward codes into your own checkout is an integration job, and how long it takes depends on your store.
We are early.
One company has run on this in production. That company is ours. We are taking on a small number of businesses at a time precisely because we would rather be honest about that than pretend otherwise.
